Can I change plans anytime?

Yes! You can upgrade your plan anytime and changes take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, with no refunds for the unused portion.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data remains stored and safe. However, data beyond your new plan’s limits becomes inaccessible until you upgrade again or delete items to fit within the new limits. You can only delete content while over limits — you cannot add new albums or photos.

How does annual billing work?

Annual plans are billed once per year at a discounted rate — saving you up to 34% compared to monthly billing. When you choose annual, you’ll see the total yearly price and the effective monthly rate. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe and PayPal. Both options are available during checkout — choose whichever is most convenient for you.

Do you offer refunds?

All subscription fees are non-refundable except in cases of billing errors or where required by law. If you believe there’s been a billing error, contact us within 60 days and we’ll investigate promptly.

Is my collection data secure?

Yes, we implement strong security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and secure cloud storage. We also maintain regular backups for data protection. Your collection data is yours — we never sell or share your personal information with third parties.
